I’m Astrid!

I’m a yoga, meditation, and Inside Flow® teacher, and an embodiment coach based in Rémire-Montjoly, French Guiana.

Through my classes and coaching, I invite you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner presence — to find more balance, clarity, and vitality in everyday life.

My offerings bring together complementary approaches:

  • Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa) to explore mindful movement and strengthen the connection between body and mind.

  • Inside Flow®, a modern evolution of Vinyasa yoga choreographed to music, offering a creative and liberating way to move and let go.

  • Meditation and breathwork to cultivate awareness, calm the mind, and nurture inner clarity.

  • Somatic and embodiment practices to deepen your connection to your body, sensations, and emotions, supporting a more grounded and lasting sense of well-being.

Each session is an invitation to slow down, turn inwards, and fully inhabit your body — an experience that feels both grounding and deeply restorative.

Who am I?

My name is Astrid. I grew up in the Paris region and spent much of my adult life in China and the United States. Today, I’ve settled in French Guiana 🦋

Yoga, meditation, and coaching have transformed my life and helped me become the fulfilled person I am today. It’s this transformation that I love to share with my students and clients.

Since completing my initial yoga teacher training in 2018, I’ve continued learning to refine my teaching — with around 1,000 hours of training to date, including 250 hours dedicated to meditation. My teaching blends tradition and modernity, honoring the roots of the practice while staying relevant to today’s world.

I’m particularly passionate about teaching Inside Flow® (yoga choreographed to modern music) and supporting trauma survivors.

In 2023, I expanded my approach by becoming an Embodiment Coach, a method that reconnects you with your body, sensations, and emotions to live more freely and peacefully. It’s a practice that has profoundly helped me and fosters lasting transformation for my clients.
