You can join weekly group classes at Studio Yoga Ka Bay (Zone Collery, Cayenne).

I also travel to your home, workplace, or event venue for private or group sessions.

Yoga and meditation

Yoga and meditation invite us to return to ourselves — to reconnect with our body, our breath, and the present moment.

Somatic coaching

Group Yoga and Meditation Classes

Join me from Tuesday to Thursday at Studio Yoga Ka Bay (Zone Collery, Cayenne) for a variety of classes and levels.

Each week, you can explore Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha Yoga, and every first Thursday of the month, take part in a guided meditation session.

Who am I?

Hello! I’m Astrid.

I grew up in France, and later lived in China and the United States. In 2022, I chose to settle in French Guiana, and I couldn’t be happier.

Movement has always held a special place in my life, in every form. It’s my anchor, my safety valve… my freedom.

I love creating spaces where we can simply come home to ourselves. My approach blends movement, awareness, and kindness — so that each person can move forward at their own pace, gently and curiously, without overthinking.
