I created The Presence Portal for these times.

Inside, you will find a growing library of yoga and meditation classes for every mood, energy level and kind of day.

Practice anywhere, on your own time.

  • You have two options that you can choose from:

    • a monthly subscription, that you can cancel anytime,

    • an annual subscription, renewed every 12 months

  • Yes! The library is going to keep on growing with time. Whenever I teach an online class, the recording will be made available in the library.

  • Right now, videos are only available in English, but French classes will be made available later.

  • Right now, you have access to Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes. Later on, other styles will be made available (vinyasa, yin, etc.)

  • Meditation videos vary in length, so you can pick and choose depending on what you’re in the mood for. Yoga classes so far are 45-60 minutes long, but shorter practices will be added later.

  • Ideally, you’d have a mat, some space to move around and a water bottle.

    If you have no mat, you can still practice, just make sure you stay safe (avoid socks on tiles, as an instance)

    Although I rarely use props (blocks and straps) in my classes so they can be done with minimal equipment, you are welcome to use them if you have them ;)
