Hi, I’m Astrid!

I AM A CERTIFIED EMBODIMENT COACH &
YOGA AND MEDITATION TEACHER.

Fun fact about me: I was born and raised in France and as an adult I have lived in China and in the US. I am now blessed to call French Guiana my home.

You can find me hanging out in the rainforest (or even more likely immersed in some body of water), dancing randomly in the streets or on the dance floor (SBK, anyone?), petting every cat, dog, horse etc., and laughing way “too” hard.

Movement has always been a huge part of my life in some shape or form. It is my greatest joy and my biggest support when life gets hard. It is also my go-to celebration.

I strongly believe that moving your body and shaking your booty🍑 is medicine -for body and soul.

Also, I don’t know what it looks like, but at the time I’m writing this I’m an absolute beginner with the guitar -don’t tell anyone 🤫

Your way back to you

You, my friend, are FREAKING powerful.

But like most of us, you’ve forgotten.

You got so caught up in the daily grind, trying to please your parents, teachers, boss, friends, lovers, and society as a whole… that you’ve lost sight of your power, what brought you joy… what you came here for.

What I believe? The ultimate goal is inner freedom, joy, and peace.

When you tune into who you really are at your core, you get to enjoy everything life has to offer and navigate its ups and downs with more serenity and trust.

By reconnecting to your body, you get to access deeper parts of you. Parts that need healing, and parts that are waiting to unlock their full potential.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and Meditation go hand in hand.

The latter can be really scary for some people, sitting still for long periods of time and “having” to be with what goes on inside of us. That’s also part of the reason I try to always include a short meditation at the end of my yoga asana classes: so students can discover what it can feel like and get used toit.

Movement is also its own form of moving meditation. It’s all connected!

Embodiment Coaching

Embodiment is a transformative coaching method that focuses on building a deeper connection with your inner world and emotions through your body.

We’ve been taught that some emotions/feelings are good, while others are bad and shouldn’t be expressed, or even felt.

Feelings are just that. They exist, and they are here to be felt and expressed. They are trying to tell you something.

By feeling them fully and giving them space, you not only prevent them from exploding when you can’t hold them in anymore, you also get to learn more about yourself.

I have a very intuitive coaching style, which combines different practices to help you reach deeper layers of healing.

Inside Flow®

Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga where every movement is synchronized with the music. But not just any music! In Inside Flow,  we move to the beat of contemporary music. Think Ed Sheeran, Rihanna, Cold Play, or Benson Boone. 

Each class is thoughtfully planned for you to seamlessly learn the flow to a specifically curated playlist until the big reveal of the main song to which you get to flow.

Through the movement, music and story, you will be invited to connect to the song and its energy, whether it’s fun and uplifting, more emotional, sexy, or something else entirely!
