  • Private Sessions – 1:1 or Duo

    Online or at your place, I offer personalized sessions to release tension, deepen your practice, and bring yoga into your daily life.

    1:1 sessions let you move at your own pace, with discounted packages available for more regular practice.

    Duo sessions are the opportunity to practice alongside someone of your choice, or to explore further with a Partner Yoga/Thai Massage session, combining poses and gentle techniques for two in a safe (and fully clothed!) setting — perfect for couples or close friends.

  • Corporate Well-being (QVCT)

    I offer tailored, one-off or regular sessions, online or on-site, to reduce stress, support well-being, and strengthen team building.

    A moment to breathe, reconnect, and find lasting balance — benefiting both individual and collective wellness.

    I am also available to lead sessions during team-building or onboarding days, creating a shared space for pause and rejuvenation.

My Journey

My name is Astrid. I grew up near Paris and spent much of my adult life in China, then the United States.

🇬🇫 In 2019, I discovered French Guiana while on vacation and felt a deep calling to live there. In 2022, I left my job and my life in New York to follow that call: “I’m moving to French Guiana” 🦋. Over time, I’ve grown more and more rooted in this land and among its people — “I’m here to stay.”

Yoga, meditation, and coaching have transformed my life. It’s this journey of transformation that I love sharing with my students and clients.

I began my yoga teacher training in 2018. Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my practice and refine my teaching, exploring meditation, anatomy, and learning from a variety of teachers including Yogi Charu, Mathieu Boldron, and Matt Giordano.

My teaching blends tradition and modernity, honoring the roots of the practice while staying aligned with today’s world. I enjoy guiding my students so they can learn, progress, and integrate these practices into their daily lives.

One thing that has always been close to my heart, and that I trained in immediately after my initial teacher training, is trauma-informed teaching.

In 2023, I expanded my approach by becoming an Embodiment Coach (somatic coaching), a method that fosters lasting transformation through reconnection with the body, sensations, and emotions — a natural complement to my yoga practice.
